Renters must follow RRYCC 

Property Rules

• Occupancy rules are strictly enforced: max 6 people (including children) in 2 bedroom units, 7 people (including children) in 3 bedroom units.

• All boats must be parked in boat parking lot and washed only at boat wash station in boat parking.

• No parking or driving on grass. There is no assigned parking for cars. Each unit may park two passenger vehicles. Additional vehicles may be parked in boat parking.

• All pets must be kept on a leash and owners must clean up after them when outside.

• Renters/Guests may not  invite anyone to use the pool or pier, marina or tennis courts - These amenities are only for registered guests and owners.

• BBQ pits must be placed 10 ft. from any wooden deck. No BBQ pits or open flame on wooden Pier.

• Household garbage must be bagged, tied and placed in dumpster.

• No bicycles, skateboards, skates, scooters, or motorized vehicles allowed on sidewalks, tennis courts and pier/marina area.

• Swimming pool hours are 9:00 am - 10:30 pm. Please follow rules posted at the pool gate. Do not put pool furniture into the pool. Do not remove pool furniture from the area. No loud music or horseplay allowed. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. No glass bottles allowed at pool.

• No children under 12 allowed on the pier or the marina area without an adult.

• No fireworks allowed on RRYCC property, including the pier and marina areas.

Failure to follow the rules can result in eviction without refund at Property Manager's Discretion
